Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused. We cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or used.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at help@yourmainplug.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label, which you can use to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item and verify that it meets our return policy requirements, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds
We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may ask for photos or other evidence of the defect or damage before issuing a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style of an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Shipping Costs
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We'll provide you with the cost of return shipping when you initiate the return.
